  • Executive Director

    • IHM is seeking a mission‑driven Executive Director to lead a Catholic‑integrated mental health non-profit organization. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director provides strategic, operational, and financial leadership while serving as the organization’s chief executive and public representative.

      This role collaborates closely with clinical and training leadership to ensure high‑quality, ethical, trauma‑informed, and culturally responsive counseling services in alignment with IHMCC’s mission and values.

  • Director of Clinical Services

    • IHM is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to provide strategic, administrative, and clinical leadership for our Catholic counseling center.

      This role oversees clinical operations, ensures ethical and regulatory compliance, supervises and develops clinical staff, manages clinical budgets, and integrates Catholic teaching into service delivery. The Director also fulfills the essential functions of a Licensed Psychologist.

  • Licensed Mental Health Practitioner

    • IHM is seeking a mental health practitioner who is licensed in the state of Nebraska and who feels called to practice in a Catholic environment. The practitioner will provide clinical services to clients consistent with evidence-based practices and the teachings of the Catholic Church.
