  • Clinical Administrative Assistant

    • IHM is seeking a mission‑driven Clinical Administrative Assistant as a first point of contact to all incoming clients, visitors, and vendors of IHMCC.

      This role collaborates closely with administrative leadership to ensure compliance and efficiency within all clinic operations.

  • Director of Clinical Services

    • IHM is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to provide strategic, administrative, and clinical leadership for our Catholic counseling center.

      This role oversees clinical operations, ensures ethical and regulatory compliance, supervises and develops clinical staff, manages clinical budgets, and integrates Catholic teaching into service delivery. The Director also fulfills the essential functions of a Licensed Psychologist.

  • Licensed Mental Health Practitioner

    • IHM is seeking a mental health practitioner who is licensed in the state of Nebraska and who feels called to practice in a Catholic environment. The practitioner will provide clinical services to clients consistent with evidence-based practices and the teachings of the Catholic Church.
