BILLING SERVICES

Services at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Counseling Center will range in cost depending on the license level of your counselor and your insurance coverage.

INSURANCE

We accept most insurance plans, inculding Medicare and Medicaid. Depending on your current insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your insurance provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

We recommend you ask the following questions to your insurance provider to better determine your benefits:

  • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?

  • Do I have a copay? If so, how much is it?

  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

  • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a $100 No Show/Late Cancellation fee.

PAYMENT

Our office accepts major credit cards as well as cash and checks. Payments can also be made online via our Client Portal.
