Dr. Brei earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2017. She completed her postdoctoral internship and fellowship in Child Clinical Psychology at Children's Mercy Kansas City, with specialties in behavioral pediatrics and integrated healthcare. She joined the IHMCC team in 2018 and primarily provides services both at the Sheridan Blvd location and via telehealth (both in and outside the State of Nebraska through PsyPact). Past outreach sites include the Butler County Health Care Center and the Villa Marie Home for Exceptional Children.

Dr. Brei’s practice includes the assessment and treatment of children/adolescents and adults, with special expertise in child/adolescent therapy. She has had focused training in the intersection of behavioral symptoms and physical health concerns, and she enjoys collaborating with clients’ primary care physicians and other health care providers. She also works with children who have genetic or developmental conditions and is dedicated to helping these children and their families thrive.
