Claire Pohlen

Business Manager

Claire graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Child, Youth and Family Studies, along with concentrations in Psychology and Business. Claire joined the Immaculate Heart of Mary Counseling Center (IHMCC) in 2023 as Business Manager. Her previous professional experience includes managing operations for a local Catholic community foundation and, most recently, providing client and operational support for a global brokerage firm. Claire oversees service provision, office administration, billing and record keeping at the IHMCC. She is passionate about the faith-integrated approach of the clinic, and ensuring all clients receive the highest level of care and service on their wellness journey.
